NAFA provides architectural design and space-planning services for luxury residential, commercial and hospitality projects in Dubai and across the UAE.

Our architectural approach begins with the site, the client’s requirements, the intended use of the property and the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces. These considerations become a clear concept balancing function, proportion, circulation, privacy, daylight and identity.

Depending on the agreed scope, services may include briefing, site analysis, concept development, floor-plan studies, circulation planning, zoning, façade design, building massing, entrance sequences, roof and terrace planning and coordination with the interior design concept.

For villas and mansions, formal entertaining, family living, guest accommodation, wellness spaces, service areas, gardens, terraces and parking are considered as one complete home. Commercial and hospitality planning is shaped around operations, accessibility, visibility, brand identity and efficient use of space.

Architecture is coordinated with interiors, furniture, lighting, landscape, project management and site supervision. Authority approvals, structural design, MEP engineering and specialist submissions remain with the appropriately appointed licensed consultants where required.

Each commission is tailored to the property type, location, scale, programme, budget and required level of architectural and technical support.
